Q: Can I make a special order?
A: Yes! We frequently have customers who want a specific style, color or fabric, or who may want two or three items that match. We are more than willing to work with you to provide exactly what you want!

Q: What kinds of items are available as special order?
A: Most of our special orders are beds and cage curtains, but we also will be happy to provide scrub tops, jackets, certain jewelry items. Any specific questions, please email us!

Q: How much will it cost me to special-order an item?
A: That depends on the item, obviously. For example, a large round Ymir Original cat bed sells in our catalog for $20.00 and at events for $25. (We lowered the catalog price since buyers also pay shipping.) The same bed, special-ordered (say, in a particular color or fabric) would run $5-$15 more, depending on cost of fabric desired, any particular trims (lace or braid, etc), or other embellishments.
One thing I shouldn't have to point out is that all fabrics are not suitable - obviously, you wouldn't want a cat bed that would need to be dry cleaned! So please contact me if you have a specific fabric in mind and aren't sure it would work!

Q: Can I pick out a particular fabric?
A: Within reason, yes. I cannot always find a particular fabric desired, but I will work with you to come as close as we can.
We may be able to send you swatches to choose from, or you may even want to send us a snapshot (returnable) of a color scheme you want us to work with. This is always welcome!

Q: Can you provide a price list for special order items?
A: No, because each special-order item is done individually, to suit a customer's wishes. I do provide pricing, shipping, and any other fees once I know exactly what you want, and I will guarantee that our prices are more than competitive.

Q: Can I return a special-order item?
A: Unfortunately, no, due to the time and often, added expense involved in making these items. However, I will alter items, make changes such as a different trim, etc., until you are satisfied.
So please, be as specific as you can when making a special order. The more information you can give us, the more we can provide exactly what you are looking for.
